However, there are many more managers actively searching online for answers to their team motivation questions.
Most of these will never attend one of Steven’s sessions.

What most people do…

He frames the shot where he will be standing and makes sure the camera is running when he starts his talk. The talk goes very well! The engaged audience asked lots of questions. When the talk goes this well, it usually results in a number of sales at the booth. Steven can hardly wait to check out the video at the close of the session. He is just a little late getting back to his booth because he needs to put away his camera and tripod. Disappointingly, there aren’t quite as many people at his booth as he expected. While he makes a few sales, he wonders how much his distraction with his equipment cost him. He resolves to ask a friend to take care of the camera next time, so he can focus on his prospects.
When he gets to his hotel room that night, the storyteller is disappointed when he discovers that the audio quality of his recording is… really bad! Plus he only caught the first half of his talk. Steven didn’t know that his model of camera would only capture video in 29 minute 59 second segments… 🙁
Well, maybe he can use a segment from the first part of the talk… as he reviews the video, Steven finds a part of his talk that really seemed to capture the attention of his audience that day. But as he listens to the video, he realizes that he had used several slides with important visuals to drive his point home. He had not captured the projector screen with his camera. How could he add those pictures now?
At this point, two hours have passed in the hotel room, Steven is frustrated and is close to giving up hope on improving his marketing with videos from his conference sessions.

Here’s what happened…

 Steven called Rosa Media Productions for help at 714-485-7948. They arranged to have a videographer  at each session at his next conference. He did not have to worry about setting up or taking down his equipment. The videographer had professional wireless mics to capture a solid recording of Steven’s talk. The videographer captured a reference video of everything in Steven’s slide deck so that Rosa Media Productions editors could easily cross-reference Steven’s slides with the video of him speaking.
